Showing a healthy CAGR value of 11.7% in the 2009-14 period, the global market for personal ID technologies is forecast to reach €7.5 billion in 2014, according to a new study by Pira International. Side by side, the global security printing market for ID documents has also shown significant growth despite the current economic crisis, and is projected to reach an estimated €4.2 billion in 2009, from a market value of €3.5 billion in 2007....more
