Pira's Business Intelligence unit is responsible for a range of off-the-shelf market research studies and technical books, and also undertakes a number of bespoke projects for single and multiple clients. While a large proportion of our research output is concerned with our core areas of packaging, paper, printing and publishing, by applying elements of our methodology we have been able to expand into new materials and other hi-tech sectors during the past decade, and are now significant suppliers of research to industries such as nonwovens and personal care, inks & pigments, plastic electronics, security & biometrics, LEDs, alternative energy and energy storage and performance materials.
