To assist a European paper manufacturer move the existing product portfolio from less reliance on commodity grades to one focusing on speciality

Approach

The phased study involved an assessment of markets, the company's technical capability and infrastructure and development of the opportunities offering the highest potential to the company.

Recommendations

Specific products were identified fulfilling the client's requirements and routes to realise the commercial opportunities offered, proposed.

Benefits
