Frequently asked questions


I have completed my order, how do I access and download the PDF version of the product?

If the product you have bought has a digital PDF version (to check see if an 'Available for immediate download' label appears on the cover image on the product page) you can download this as soon as your order is confirmed - all you need to do is:

  1. Click on the LOGIN button at the top right hand side of the page
  2. Enter your username and password. If you're a new customer you would have entered these details earlier to create your account with us. If you cannot remember your password click on the password reminder link and we will send you a new password.
  3. Once logged in click on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top of the page
  4. This will automatically direct you to your ORDER HISTORY - all of your orders inclusive of links to product downloads where applicable will be displayed here.

For Market Reports - per report:

UK: £10 / €13 / US$20
Rest of world: £20 / €25 / US$40

For all other publications in hard copy
(excluding subscriptions)

UK: £8 / €12 / US$12
Rest of world: £10 / €14 / US$14
